Scouts Term 4 Week 1 – Indoor Cooking

Cubs Term 4 Week 3 – Indoor Cooking
Whangaparaoa Scout Den 144 Stanmore Bay Road, Whangaparaoa, New ZealandCooking indoors can be both educational and fun. In this meet, Cubs will be introduced to basic kitchen safety rules, functions of common ingredients, and taught about measuring and mixing. We will then supervise and assist the Cubs as they cook a dish allowing them to choose their own toppings and mix-ins for a fun learning experience.

Cubs Term 4 Week 7 – Fire Station Visit
Silverdale Fire Station 147 Hibiscus Coast Highway, Red Beach, Whangaparaoa, New ZealandVisiting one of our local fire stations is always an educational and exciting experience. In this visit, Cubs will learn about fire safety, emergency response procedures, and the important role firefighters play in our community. The group will then take a tour of the fire station, fire trucks, and the various equipment used by firefighters.
