Cub Packs offer learning programmes where children are encouraged to experience, experiment, and explore.

Challenging hikes, weekend camps, and an introduction to water activities like canoeing or kayaking are just a few of the fun outdoor adventures that Cubs enjoy. Cubs are encouraged to try new and challenging activities.

Challenge and fun are the focus of the Cub programme.

As a Cub you will:

  • Make new friends and have lots of fun!
  • Go on exciting new adventures like camping, bushwalking, kayaking, and rock climbing.
  • Spend time in your community, work in teams with others, and learn about different cultures.
  • Learn new skills and test your creativity.
  • Participate in Events such as Pinewood Derby, Mudslide Day, and JOTI (Jamboree On The Internet).

Term 4 Cubs programme

Cubs Term 4 Week 1 – Bottle Rockets

7 October @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

We'll start this meet with some games and challenges that introduce the terms traversing theme. It's then time to get crafty making bottle rockets, ready to launch in Week 3.

Cubs Term 4 Week 2 – Treasure Quest

Join the adventure as our Cubs embark on a thrilling treasure hunt packed with clues, challenges, and surprises! This outdoor expedition blends teamwork, problem-solving, and exploration, making it a perfect way to spark curiosity and build camaraderie. Let the hunt begin!

Cubs Term 4 Week 3 – Blast-off!

Prepare for lift-off as Cubs launch their own water-powered bottle rockets. This hands-on activity combines creativity, teamwork, and science.

Cubs Term 4 Week 4 – Bike Maintenance

28 October @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Learn essential bike maintenance skills such as checking tire pressure, brakes and the chain, so you can hit the road with confidence and have a blast riding safely.

Scouts Term 4 Week 6 – Traverse

10 November @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Time to earn your term Adventure badge. Build your bridge and cross the river! Will you make it to the other side, and which patrol will be the quickest?!
